CLEVELAND ROCKS!!!!!

Sorry for the late post! I know the signing was a week ago, but some of us at the blog are still in limbo with moving and others have been book busy!

In case you missed our (few) posts on Facebook, Confessions of 2 Book Lovers was represented at the Cleveland Author Event!

Lindsay had the immense honor of working with one of our most beloved authors, JESSIE LANE!!!!!!

In case you're wondering...yes, Nikki was insanely jealous but, we had to keep her away...she's the rabid Jessie Lane fan and Jessie probably wouldn't have gotten any work done with Nikki there. ;) But don't think that doesn't mean that Lindsay didn't have a long list of authors she was proxy stalking for Nikki. She was sent with a swag wish list, books to have signed and her official "Jessie Lane Stalker" t-shirt!

And don't get me started on the models! They were beyond amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect from them. I was a little intimidated and sort of expected some jerk attitudes but they were all so nice! They were so sweet and more than willing to sign books, swag and take pics.

The whole weekend was a blast! I know it's not book related, but I have to add it in. The weekend included my three favorite things...books, baseball and music! Friday, driving into Cleveland, I got to see Progressive Field, home of the Cleveland Indians! Swear to god, I went all fan girl and pulled out my camera to get a pic of the stadium. The only thing that would have made the weekend better was to actually go to a game. But alas, the Indians were on the road.

And Sunday, before heading home, I got to go to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame!

It's always been a dream of mine to visit the Hall of Fame so I was beyond stoked to go! I got loads of pics and some souvenirs too.

The weekend overall, was completely amazing! Can't wait for the next book signing!

    1. LOL. What's even sadder Kat, is that I had the post written up the next day and ready to go...except for some of the pics. I was too lazy and tired to sort through all the swag to get a picture of it so it sat in my bag for a week before I did it. That's what held up the post.

But better late than never! :)
