Woooo! Scott's book!

For anyone that hasn't read this series, this is a stand alone book, so no worries there. Characters from previous books do make an appearance and the relationship is explained. But for everyone else that read book 1...SCOTT!!!!

I have to say that I love Navy SEAL books. And I probably sound like a broken record because I'm pretty sure I've said that before, but it's totally true. And this book started out with a bang. Rowena is embedded with an Army unit in Afghanistan and kidnapped right out of her tent. And low and behold, guess who gets the job of rescuing her...that's right, Scott! So the book sets the tone of suspense from page one.

And boy does it deliver! Once Rowena is home, she sets out to find her SEAL in shining armor to thank him for saving her. But little does he know that meeting up with her will throw in right in the middle of her latest story that will rock Washington DC to it's core!

I wasn't the least disappointed in Scott's book. Rachel Kall knows how to weave a very intricate story with twists and turns that keep the suspense present. She also introduced a few characters that I wouldn't mind seeing again with books of their own...Jack, a CIA friend of Rowena's and Med, another Navy SEAL.

I did have one question...who was responsible for Rowena's kidnapping? I know who the bad guys were, but who inside the Army unit she was with was working with/under the bad guys to let the terrorists abduct her?

Other than that one question, I really did love this book! I would have been able to read it in one sitting if life hadn't gotten in the say. I can't wait to read more from this author!
