SUNDAY SPOTLIGHT: Books, movies and dream casting....

Welcome to our very first SUNDAY SPOTLIGHT!

Hello all, Lindsay here. Typically we only post reviews, blog tours and promos of books. Very rarely do we actually do a post that's more conversational (our bad; we're shy that way) but I just couldn't help myself today and here's the reason why:

I'm reading a totally awesome book (I know, HUGE shocker ;)) and it got me to thinking. The book is Keystrokes by Lisa Marie. Our hero is Kasen Wells, hot hollywood actor. Our heroine is shy "lady porn" book blogger Farrow Connoley. I'm a huge sucker for romances with hot bad boy actors and I'm always curious to see a female character that's a blogger in books. I love to see what they read, how they're portrayed and let's face it, they're like instant best friends since they get my love of books. 

The book (in a nut shell), is about Farrow, a book blogger, that is chosen to be the exclusive reporter/blogger for the hottest book ever being made into the most anticipated movies of all time (Think FSoG anticipation but with hot bikers!). As you may have guessed, Kasen has been cast in the lead role. Kasen was her dream cast from the moment she read the book, so this is a dream come true for her. So, this brings me to the purpose of this post...

If you could be chosen to be the exclusive reporter/blogger on set for your favorite book being turned into a movie, what book would it be? And what actor would you want to see in that part?

Like I said, this book got me to thinking. There are a number of books that I would love to see made into movies, but the dream casting is a little harder. I'm not a stranger to posting dream casting pics, but I tend to look for a someone that fits the character, even if they're not an actor. It's rare for me to choose an actor for a book's casting pic.
